Obituary for Gregory Stephen John
On February 27, 2023 Gregory S. John, age 46, passed away from liver cancer, in Asheville, NC with his loving wife Brittany by his side. He left behind his beloved daughter Evangeline and his dog Baxter.
Greg was born November 12, 1976 at Andrews AFB in Maryland and spent most of his life growing up in Dover, Delaware. He attended Caesar Rodney High School in Camden, DE. He enjoyed gaming and working in the gaming industry. He also enjoyed Bob Ross style painting. He lived in Germany, Delaware, Montana, and North Carolina during his lifetime.
He is survived by his parents Robert and Yvonne John and three brothers Robert Jr. and wife Michelle, Daniel and wife Beth, Bryan and wife Somer, and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his grandparents Ruthella and A. Robert John of Altoona, Pennsylvania, and Horace and Lyda O’Quinn of Walterboro, South Carolina.
Funeral Services will be held 11:30AM Tuesday March 7, 2023 at the Lighthouse Baptist Church, 21265 John J. Williams Hwy, Lewes, DE 19958 where a visitation will begin at 10:30 AM.
