Obituary for Wilberto A Macalalad
Wilberto Macalalad (Bert), 83 of Dover, Delaware passed away on May 24, 2021.
Bert is preceded in death by his parents, Ciriaco & Victoria and his brother Mark Christian.
A retired engineer from Exxon/Mobil for 28 years, he loved to bowl, fish and golf. He traveled all over the world with his wife. He was busy with many group activities with fellow retirees, friends and always found the time for his three children and his seven grandchildren.
Bert is survived by his wife, Tessie, his children Ariel & spouse Kelly, Belinda Darlow and her spouse Andrew, Carl & his spouse Nikki. Grandkids, Devin, Kacey, Connor, Tyler, Vida, Niko, and Cooper. His brothers and sisters, Asela Delara, Boy, Odie, Whoney Lizaso, and Evelyn Ladiana & their families.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered 10 AM, Tuesday, June 1, 2021 at The Church of The Holy Cross, 631 S. State St. Dover, DE 19901. Entombment will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery, Dover.
A visitation will be held 6PM to 8PM on Monday, May 31st at The Funeral Home of Michael J. Ambruso, 1175 S. State St. Dover, DE 19901. Condolences may be shared via www.ambruso.com.
