Pauline Frances DeVita 76 Dover
Pauline F. DeVita passed away Saturday, May 15, 2021 at Bayhealth Medical Center, Dover.
She was the daughter of the late Paul Bellino and Rose Bennett.
In 1964 she met Vincent at their workplace and they married the following year.
They moved to Delaware in 1999 and made Dover their home.
She was a teachers aid for the New York City Board of Education.
She cared deeply for animals, especially dogs as she would donate to rescues and shelters.
She is survived by her devoted husband Vinnie DeVita of 56 years. Her son Paul DeVita (Robyn) and grandkids Chyna and Philip and great grandkids Josiah and Philip. She is also survived by her sister Frances Lagrassa, nieces and nephew Lisa, Tara and Christopher.
Mass of Christian Burial will be offered 10 AM Wednesday May 19th at The Church of The Holy Cross, 631 S. State St. Dover, DE.
Interment will follow in Lakeside Cemetery, Dover.
Visitation will be today May 18th 12-2PM and 5-8PM at the Funeral Home of Michael J. Ambruso, 1175 S. State St. Dover, DE. Donations in her memory may be made to EnCore Animal Rescue, P.O. Box 176 Camden-Wyoming, DE 19934. Condolences may be shared via www.ambruso.com
