So sorry to hear of your 'double loss'. Charlie (He didn't really like to be called that, but I always did. You see, I was AMMO and 'Charlie was a 'Load Toad'. We were stationed together at NKP Thailand and again at Grand Forks, ND., where I met Chris and the kids. Thanks to him, I joined the Knights and we had a lot of good times together at the 'Forks'. I would call him periodically and we would talk. It was always just like it was yesterday. He was a great man, a true friend, a brother Knight and fellow GI. I will miss both him and Chris. My prayers are with you all. Take care and God Bless,
Ferdinand (Earl) Erlewein
