WATKINS, Joan P. 67, of St. Petersburg, FL, formerly of Dover, DE, passed, December 29, 2020 in Florida.
She was born in Dover, DE to the late Judge John Greene and Frances Greene (Revatt).
A graduate of Dover High School in '72. Later she attended Wesley College where she got a Master's degree, allowing her to become a nurse. She was a home health nurse for many years in Florida.
She was a loving mother to Scott and Marc, both predeceased, and wife to Tracy, predeceased. She is survived by her dear daughter, Cheryl; stepdaughter, Jessica; and cousin, Rosemary. She was a manager of many Hall & Oates fan clubs, and avid fan of the Tampa Bay Lightning.
Burial will be in Lakeside ME Cemetery, Dover.
