Obituary for Dolores A LeMieux (Hudson)

Dover, DE- Dolores ( Dee) Annette LeMieux passed away peacefully in her sleep on February 16th 2022 at 708am after a well fought battle with post stroke complications. She was 86 years young. She is survived by her children Deb Yates-Bunnell, Diane McBride ( deceased), Bob Chadwick, Sandy LeMieux, Ray LeMieux, Jeannine Moore, and JT Marriott. Dee has 15 grandchildren- Jerry McBride, Brittany Fluman, Linda Harr ( deceased), Richie Harr, Patricia Bardin, Rudy Lee Yoder, Monique LeMieux, Gabrielle LeMieux, Connie Bean, John Pleasanton, Summer Zidanic, Ben Chadwick, Zach Chadwick, Kyle Marriott, Maddie Marriott, and 16 great grandchildren whom she loved with all of her heart.
Dee finished her race in this world strong. She was one of the first women marines and was a Radio message Router during the Korean War stationed in Washington D.C., and she earned the National Defense Service at that time. She was a Nursing Assistant at a nursing home in Dover Delaware for many years caring and providing love to the elderly. Dee was an awesome Grandma and Great Grandma and taught them all about Elvis, Cher, Scrabble, and Yahtzee. Going to see Mom-Mom Dee was such a blast for each of them. Dee is at home with the LORD now and all of those that have gone before her.
Well done good and faithful servant. Your battle is won, and you are relieved of your watch on this earth. Rest easy Mom/ Mom-mom/ Great Grandma.
