Kelly M. Degano,48, passed away on April 29, 2018. She was the daughter of Richard E. Shockley Sr and Joan L. Mitchell. Kelly worked at the Department of Agriculture as a Lab Technician for 25 years prior to retirement. She leaves behind 3 children, Erica R. Degano, Ronald R. Degano Jr. and Alyssa T. Shockley. She survived by her 5 siblings Nathanial R. Shockley, Jeffery W. Shockley Sr, Richard E. Shockley Jr, Richie Ellison and Yvonne Ellison. Kelly enjoyed many outdoor activities such as hunting, fishing, crabbing and camping. She also cherished friend and family gatherings. Kelly will be forever remembered for the caring person she was and footprints will remain in our hearts as she enters heavens gates. Services will be held Saturday May 5, 2018 10:30 am with a visitation 1 hour prior at The Funeral Home of Michael J. Ambruso, Dover.
