Arthur J. Fragomele, 89, of Dover, DE died July 6, 2016 at Jefferson Medical Center in Phila.
Born in Wilmington, DE he was the son of the late Salvatore and Jenny Fragomele. Mr. Fragomele was a WWII Army Veteran and had worked most of his adult life as a Meat Cutter for Acme Markets. Mr. Fragomele had a keen interest in Thoroughbred and Standard Bred horses and had owned several horses throughout his life.
Besides his parents he was predeceased by his wife, Antoinette Tropiano Fragomele in 2015.
Mr. Fragomele leaves his son and daughter in-law, Salvatore and Annmarie Fragomele of Hammonton, NJ, two sisters, Mary Di Sabatino of Wilmington, DE and Jeanette (Jean) Greco of Phila, PA. He is also survived by two Granddaughters, Ashley and Alexandra Fragomele. Friends may call Thursday, July 14, 2016 at 10 AM at Holy Cross Church, Dover, DE where a Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 11 AM. Interment will follow at the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Bear, DE.
