Obituary for Milagros A. Tucker

Milagros A. Tucker, 74, of Dover, died April 13, 2015 at her home. Born in Angeles City, Philippines, she was the daughter of the late Celso and Josefina (Aquino) Aguas.
After moving to Delaware, Ms. Tucker had worked as a Medical Assistant for Dr. Bengzon, retiring in 2006. In addition to her work as a Medical Assistant, she also worked as a Pharmacy Technician for Rite Aid. Mila was a very active member of Holy Cross Church, and was also a member of The Alliance of The Two Hearts. She was a member of The Modern Maturity Center and always enjoyed the company of her lunch group. Ms. Tucker also enjoyed the casino and playing Mahjong, but in her quieter moments she cherished the time spent with her family and friends. She was especially active with supporting her grandchildren at their sports events. Mila was a kind and gentle mother and grandmother and will be greatly missed by those whose lives she touched.
Ms. Tucker is survived by her loving daughter, Denise Reed, of Dover; two grandchildren, Tucker Reed and Jensen Reed; along with 3 siblings, Rodrigo Aguas, of the Philippines, Armando Aguas, of Chicago, IL, and Zenida Aguas, of the Philippines.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, April 20, 2015 at 10 a.m. at Holy Cross Church, 631 S. State Street, Dover. Interment will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery, Dover.
