Condolence From: Charlotte Stein Sigman
Condolence: I was so very sorry to learn that Bill has died and want to send my deep and sincere condolences to all of his family. I knew Bill and Jim from my first neighborhood in Wheeling and we attended Steenrod School together and then reconnected again in Junior high and High School. Bill was always a very special friend and I can recall many fun times together. It was always fun to see him again at the many reunions we both attended. I will always remember him fondly. My sympathy to Cheryl and all of the family. Sincerely, Char Sigman

Condolence: I worked for Bill many years ago in the Jet shop at Dover AFB. I remember him as a man with very high standards but once you proved your worth, he would stand by you.
After my retirement, I contacted Bill as a friend to ask his help in purchasing my first home and again several years later when I decided to sell and move to California. Bill was there for me every step of the way, guiding me just as he did all those years ago as my Flight Chief. He touched many lives and will be very much mised.

Condolence: Bill and I were playmates and school chums from early childhood in Wheeling WV. We remained good friends through high school and graduated together. Then we both enlisted in the Air Force and our lives took different courses.
Bill was very active, capable, and well-liked as a young man. No doubt he maintained those qualities all of his life.
His passing fills me with deep sadness and also great sympathy for his wife, whom I met many years ago, and his sisters Sally and Barbara whom I also know well.

Condolence: My heart felt sympathy to Cheryl and the rest of the family. Bill and I go back 30 plus years. In my 12 years here at Harrington Realty I always thought of Bill as Mr. Monday. He was always here early Monday to make the coffee and offer a warm smile and welcome. I will miss our Phillies discussions but most of all, him.

Condolence: Worked with Bill at Harrington ERA for a number of years . His desk was right next to mine for a good bit of it . So between that and working floor duty together we talked a good bit . Bill liked his bowling and his cars . But he really really got into talking baseball specificly the Phillies which I followed just like him . My second deal ever was with him and he helped out this rookie agent years ago and I am grateful to this day . God bless you Bill !
