Condolences

Condolence From: JR
Condolence: I knew Charles Roeslin, III, when he worked as an Associate Director/Senior Manager leading the Labor Market Research and Information (LMI) office by managing at least four Bureau of Labor Statistics-funded programs. He led a staff consisting of economists, labor market representatives, and administrative support employees. He was well-respected and an effective senior manager of the Department of Employment Services (DOES) under the District of Columbia government. He was an Associate Director for at least 15 years or more. Mr. Roeslin received various recognitions for his effective and efficient leadership of the LMI office. He retired from this position on April 8, 2008. He was given a grand send off for his retirement. It is deeply saddening to hear of his passing. He is missed by his former coworkers.
