Condolence From: Karen McGloughlin
Condolence: Worked in the garden today and thought of my friend Ed. He loved sitting outside and enjoying the sights and sounds of the neighborhood. Always had a few words for anyone who happened by. We miss you and hope you are with the two great loves of your life. May God keep you close.

Condolence: I am so saddened to hear of Uncle Ed's passing last week. Had I known I would have been there in a heartbeat. I am so sorry for your loss. The last time I saw him was at Spade's Funeral last August. One of his grandsons brought him to the wake. Ed always had a smile on his face and joy in his heart! He was such an wonderful additon to the family. Spade and Clarice adored him and enjoyed many a visit with him and Toni while both ladies were alive. But what was even more endearing was the friendship he and Spade had throughout the years after the passing of the sisters. They were both brothers-in-law and buds. He even drove through a hurricane to be here for dad's 80th birthday celebration. Believe it or not, I was planning to stop and visit him this Thursday for I would be in Dover at Holy Cross. I am truly sorry for your loss and send prayers and love to all. Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him. May the souls of the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen.

Condolence: My sympathy to all the kids, grandchildren and great grandchildren at Mr. Littlejohn's passing. I know you will miss him so much. I had just been reading the lovely articles about him and his new ramp in the paper. He always would have a smile and hug for me when I would see him after church and keep me up to date on Susan's latest visit. God bless you all. Karen

Condolence: Ed was such a wonderful neighbor and person. He always had time to talk with people and showed a genuine interest in his community. Very generous and always willing to lend a hand. He saved me on many an occasion with his tips and tricks to maintaining a house and yard. He will be missed by so many. He was truly one of God's special souls.
