Kathlene A. Malago, 58, of Dover, DE, passed away peacefully in her home on November 24, 2016. Born in Trenton, NJ, she was the daughter of Willard Noble and the late Harriet Cartwright Noble. Kathlene worked several years as an Account Administrator before retiring in 2001. Kathlene was a member of the Black Watch Drum and Bugle Corps, enjoyed playing slot machines at the casino, and most of all spending time with her friends and family. She will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved her.
Besides her mother, she was predeceased by her sister Cynthia McBroom who passed in July of 2016.
She is survived by her lifelong friend and loving husband, Joseph J. Malago, their son Jason Malago, and wife Jena, and Kathlene’s beloved grandson Chase Malago. She is also survived by her sister Linda (LG) Noble-Donovan, as well as several nieces and nephews who were very special to her.
Relatives and friends are invited to Kathlene’s Life Celebration on Friday, December 2, 2016, from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the Funeral Home of Michael J. Ambruso, 1175 S. State St., Dover. Services will be Saturday, December 3, 2016 at 11 a.m. with a visitation beginning at 10 a.m. at the Funeral Home of Michael J. Ambruso.
