Robert M. Sadusky, Jr., age 56 of Dover, DE died April 22, 2016. Born in Shenandoah, PA
he was the son of Robert M. and Irene D. Selsavage Sadusky. Bob followed in his father’s footsteps, owning and operating General Pest Control Company in Dover. Bob’s success as a private business owner was due in large part to his loving desire to help others and his entrepreneurial spirit.
He was a member of the National Pest Control Association and the Delaware Pest Control Association.
He had also been a member of the Chamber of Commerce and an active member of Holy Cross Catholic Church of Dover.
Bob deeply loved his wife and family and sought to build meaningful friendships with everyone he met. He was a beloved father of seven children, a dedicated uncle, a church teen leader and a father figure to many others. Bob had an undying sense of humor, a tremendous love of Mo-Town music and was a loyal Red Skins Fan. He was a great prankster, and loved to see others laugh. He will be forever missed by those who knew and loved him.
Besides his parents, he leaves his wife, Lynne S. Sapienza Sadusky, his children; Robert M. and his wife Katherine A. Sadusky of Germany, Julia A. Sadusky of Norfolk, VA, Zachary T. Sadusky of Ave Maria, FL, Maria E. Sadusky of Maui, HI, Theresa M. Sadusky of Dover, DE, Luke A. Sadusky of Dover, DE, and Matthew S. Sadusky of Dover, DE. He also leaves his sister, Cheryl A. Tibbets of Magnolia, DE, along with his Goddaughter, Lauren Tibbets of Dewey Beach, DE.
A Visitation will take place on Thursday, April 28, 2016 from 6 until 9 PM (Celebration of Bob's Life beginning at 7:00 pm) at Holy Cross Church, 631 S. State St. Dover where a Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Friday at 11 AM. Internment will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery, Dover. In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations in Bob’s memory to The Pregnancy Help Center of Kent County at 811 Governors Avenue. Dover, DE 19904 or Holy Cross Prison Ministry at 631 So.
