Gary L. Richter, Sr.age 66 died February 26, 2014 at his residence in New Castle, DE. Born on February 12, 1948 in Dover, he was the son of the late Hubert Richter. Gary had served his country in the US Navy from 1971 until 1976. Upon discharge from the Navy he had worked most of his life in the field of electronics. In is quieter moments he enjoyed cooking and reading. Besides his father he was predeceased by his brother, David Richter and step sister, Cindy Richter. Gary leaves his children, Gary, Jr. and Heather. He also leaves his step mother, Dorothy Richter, his step sister Susan Bradley and the love of his lie, Wanda Richter. Memorial Services will be held on Tuesday, March 4, 2014 at 2 p.m. at St. John's Lutheran Church, Lotus St. Dover, DE.
