Penny Sue Hayes, 73, of Dover, DE died April 21, 2015 at her residence. Born in Clarksburg, West Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Eugene Hamilton Sutton and Barbara Dulin Sutton.
Penny had served with the Board of Cooperative Education Services in Purchasing for the State of New York and upon her retirement from there she engaged in the sale of Real Estate. She was an energetic person who enjoyed the company of her close friends and especially the time spent with her family. She will be greatly missed by those who knew and cared for her.
Penny is survived by her loving son, Brian D. Hayes of NY and her grandson, Jakabs Hayes of NJ. She is also survived by her brother, Eugene Sutton of Florida.
